I've taken a startup from prototype through acquisition, led teams across continents, and shipped software that runs in production without drama.

Today I focus on the intersection of production engineering and AI. I build the infrastructure that makes AI agents reliable: persistent memory, tool integration, safety controls, and human-in-the-loop oversight. My work spans architecture consulting, hands-on platform development, and agentic engineering tooling.

I believe the best software is built with intention: clean architecture, strong type systems, reactive patterns, and a deep respect for the people who maintain it. I'm not interested in building demos — I build things that last.
